Critical time limits
- Anticipation of the file — 6 months before the legal retirement age
- Deposit of the application with the compensation office — 3 to 4 months before the 1st desired payment (LAVS 21 / LAVS 29 / LAVS 40)
- Decision on Annuity — 60 to 120 days
- Opposition then appeal to the cantonal insurance court — 30 days from notification (LPGA 52 / LPGA 56 / LAVS 35)
